Layered mountain peaks at dawn
Summit Fractional Partners · Est. in the high country

Fractional leadership for teams climbing something hard.

We partner with founders and leadership teams as fractional executives across AI, product strategy, and product execution. Pointing the rope in the right direction and hauling when it matters.

The Practice

Four ropes on one climb: AI, product strategy, product execution, and the team itself, worked together so the work actually reaches the top.

Most consulting stops at a deck. Fractional means we're in the harness with your team, setting direction, running the operating rhythm, and doing the craft work alongside your leaders until the org can carry it on its own.

When an engagement calls for it, we pull from a trusted network of functional and industry experts — design, engineering, data science, research, and talent leaders we've worked with directly — so the rope team matches the climb.

Field notes

Building the rope team, not just the route.

Much of our work has been spent scaling product organizations: hiring PMs, designers, and researchers from the first senior lead through building out multi-layered teams, and designing the org so it can actually carry the strategy.

We've run the interview loops, calibrated the leveling, coached the first-time managers, and made the calls on when to promote, when to reshape a team, and when to bring in someone new at the top of the rope.

How we climb

A guide, not a tourist.

Scout

A short engagement to read the terrain: org, product, data, and where AI actually fits. You leave with a real plan, not a workshop.

Rope up

Ongoing fractional work, 1 to 3 days a week embedded with your leadership team, setting strategy and running the cadence that makes it real.

Summit

Hands-on execution partnership: design, research, analytics, and process working next to your PMs, designers, and engineers until the shipping muscle is yours.
